Vehicle Stolen From Parking Lot Of Popular Local Speonk Eatery: PD
The man who stole the vehicle was arrested in Northampton, police say.
SPEONK, NY — A vehicle was stolen from the parking lot of Mary's Pizza and Pasta in Speonk Thursday night, police said.
According to Southampton Town police, the incident took place at about 7:29 p.m. Officers determined that a vehicle had been stolen and, a short time later, the vehicle was seen being driven on County Road 51 in Northampton.
Tyshawn Goodman, 23, of New Jersey was arrested and taken into custody by patrol officers with assistance from the New York State police; the vehicle was recovered undamaged, authorities said.

Goodman was charged with third-degree grand larceny, a felony, as well as numerous vehicle and traffic law violations, police said. He was processed at police headquarters in Hampton Bays and held overnight for morning arraignments, police said.
Additionally, it was learned Goodman was wanted on unrelated charges out of Union County, New Jersey; he will be turned over to New Jersey authorities on those charges upon his release from custody, police said.
