24-Year-Old Man Inappropriately Touches Teen Girl: Police
Yorktown police said the man grabbed the girl's buttocks several times while she was trying to buy gas.
YORKTOWN, NY — A 24-year-old Yorktown man was accused of inappropriately touching a teenage girl.
The Yorktown Police Department said Antonio Morello, 24, of Yorktown, was charged July 28 with forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child, misdemeanors.
Police said, around 9:20 p.m. July 26, a report was received that a 16-year-old was touched inappropriately.

An officer met with the victim and her mother and began an investigation.
Police said they found that Morello, who was working as a gas station attendant on Commerce Street, grabbed the victim’s buttocks several times without her permission while she was trying to purchase gas.

On July 28, around 8:40 p.m., he arrived at the Yorktown Police Department and was arrested.
Morello was issued an appearance ticket for the charges and released on his own recognizance.
He is due to appear in the Yorktown Justice Court Aug. 17.
