Today’s opportunity is the Sharing Shelf’s Donate New Socks for Children. It’s difficult to believe that in the Hudson Valley socks can be a luxury for children and families living in poverty. Volunteers are needed to help the Sharing Shelf provide essential socks to more than 3,000 children and teens served each year by purchasing athletic socks in all sizes, from toddlers to adult shoe sizes for teens.

This is a great opportunity for families, friends, neighbors, community groups or work colleagues.
