A 23-year-old Cortlandt Manor woman is facing several criminal charges in Yorktown for drunken driving, police said.
Brianna C. Kelly's vehicle was stopped on May 12 at about 3:15 a.m. for failure to maintain its traffic lane. Investigation revealed the woman had been driving while intoxicated, police said.
Kelly submitted a breath test and police determined her blood alcohol level was at .18 percent or higher.
She was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI, both misdemeanors; as well as failure to maintain lane, a traffic infraction.
The woman was released to a family member and scheduled to appear in Yorktown Town Court on June 13.
