Costco, Voter Registration Deadline, Cirque Du Jour, 'The Best and the Wurst'
Here are five things you need to know today, Sept. 27.

1. Voter Registration Deadline Approaching
National Voter Registration Day was on Tuesday, but that doesn’t mean that it’s too late to register for the Nov. 6 general election. Mailed registration applicatons must be postmarked by Oct. 12 and received by Oct. 17 for the Nov. 6 General Election. Check here for more information.

4. "The Best & the Wurst" Beer Tasting Fundraiser
The Yorktown Rotary Club is looking for beer drinkers to Proceeds from the second annual craft beer festival "The Best and the Wurst" will go to the club’s wheelchair project, which in conjunction with the Wheelchair Foundation and the Rotary Club of Morelia Mexico, provides mobility to the needy disabled in central Mexico. The cost is $30 in advance, $40 at the door; for designated drivers/children: $10 in advance, $15 at the door. Buy tickets or donate by clicking here.
5. Cirque Du Jour with the "Bucky and Gigi Show"
The John C. Hart Memorial Library is having a show this Saturday, Sept. 29 at 2 p.m. Come for circus, magic, and juggling for families with children ages 4 and up.
