'Couples Cooking' Together at Hilltop Hanover Farm

The September class is already sold out, but there are two other classes offered on Friday, Oct. 19 and Friday, Nov. 9 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

"Couples cooking," a class offered by Hilltop Hanover Farm in Yorktown, will help you, your spouse, partner, date or friend learn how to make delicious recipes using the farm's fresh produce.

The September class is already sold out, but there are two other classes offered on Friday, Oct. 19 and Friday, Nov. 9 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Class participants can bring their own wine and enjoy the dinner together. The fee $40 per couple and pre-registration required.

Chef Rachel Mariani, who received her culinary education from The French Culinary Institute in New York, and Alma Scuola di Cucina in Parma, Italy, will be teaching a "couples cooking" class.

Mariani has worked at the Blue Hill at Stone Barns in Pocantico Hills and Restaurant North in Armonk. She currently works as chef for a Katonah family and occasionally writes for Westchester Magazine.

Dinner made together in the group will be served as part of the program.
