CVS, Underhill Farms : Yorktown, Somers Meetings

YORKTOWN-SOMERS, NY — Here are some public meetings in Yorktown and Somers the week of July 17.

In Yorktown, the Planning Board will meet at 7 p.m. Monday, July 17.

The agenda, which can be viewed here, includes an amended decision statement on the approved site plan for a 14,698-square-foot CVS Pharmacy, a request for the first one-year time extension for Shrub Oak International School and a discussion and decision statement on Underhill Farms mixed use development of 148 residential units with 11,000 square-foot commercial space.

The meeting will be in the Town Hall board room, 363 Underhill Ave. and on Optimum Channel 20 and FiOS.Channel 33.

The Yorktown Town Board will hold a regular meeting at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 18.

In Somers, the Zoning Board of Appeals will meeting at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 18.

The agenda, which can be viewed here, includes an application for a rear-yard area variance for an addition to an existing dwelling at 20 Lakeview Drive in Yorktown Heights, an application for an accessory apartment alteration to an existing dwelling at 4 North Lane in Katonah and an application for a variance to raise the perimeter grade of a dwelling at 52 Lake Way in Purdys.

The meeting will take place at the Town House Annex, 337 Route 202 in Somers.
