The fresh produce is what's drawing people from all over the area to Yorktown's Hilltop Hanover Farm.
The farmstand officially opened for the season on Friday, May 31. It is open from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Produce includes kale, bok choy, arugula, parsley and cilantro; turnips, radishes, broccoli rabe.
Cindy and Bob Kennedy, of Somers, haven't been to the Farm in a couple of years, but they did stop by on Friday for the first time this season.
"We like to support local endeavors," said Cindy Kennedy, who bought a bunch of bok choy.
