2. Fire Prevention Week Oct. 7 - 13

3. Town Board Work Session

Town board members will meet tonight at Town Hall at 7 p.m. Click here for the agenda. 

4. Tag Sale for YHS Music

The Yorktown High School Music Boosters will hold its sixth annual tag sale at the YHS cafeteria on Saturday, Oct. 13 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The money raised through the tag sale will be used to help defray the cost of the Concert Band, Wind Ensemble, and Orchestra's participation in regional music festivals. 5. Vendors Wanted for Hudson Hop & Harvest

The organizers of the Hudson Hop & Harvest are looking for arts and crafts exhibitors for the event, which takes place Saturday, Oct. 13 in front of the Peekskill Brewery. Merchandise sold should be relative to kitchen and cooking. Utensils, cookware, decorations and apparel, is ideal. Fall and winter clothing is also appropriate.
