The two rivalry schools – Lakeland High School and Yorktown High School faced off on Friday. Yorktown beat Lakeland 29 to 28.

Yorktown stopped Lakeland from scoring with about 50 seconds left when they tried for a two point conversion. Yorktown's Nick Mariano threw a touchdown pass, and rushed for two touchdowns. Lakeland's Brian Prunty threw for three touchdowns passes.
