There is even a special election in the Lake Mohegan Fire District.
YORKTOWN, NY — Here’s a look ahead at public meetings scheduled for the week of March 27.
In Yorktown, there will be a Planning Board televised meeting at 7 p.m. Monday, March 27.
The agenda, which can be viewed here, includes a request for reapproval for Crystal Court subdivision, a discussion of the proposed site plan of Lot 6.3 in the Arrowhead subdivision and a discussion of the site plan and special use permit for Gardena Hotel.

The meeting will be in the Town Hall Board Room and on Optimum channel 20 and FiOS channel 33.
There is a Town Board Work Session at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 28.

A special election will be held in the Lake Mohegan Fire District from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday, March 29.
The election is for approval of a resolution to purchase a 2023 Seagrave Pumper and refurbishment of Ladder 35, a 2003 Smeal Quint, with an amount of $1.25 million to be financed.

In Somers, the Zoning Board of Appeals will meet at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 28.
The ZBA will meet in executive session to discuss legal counsel at 6:30 p.m.
The meeting’s agenda, which can be viewed through this link, includes a application for an existing accessory apartment at 30 Lake Road in Katonah, an application for a new owner of an existing accessory apartment at 31 Valley Pond Rd. in Katonah and an application for a side yard area variance for an existing in-ground pool accessory at 8 Silver Springs Court in Katonah.
The session will be at the Town House Annex, 337 Route 202 in Somers.
