A 19-year-old Mohegan Lake man is accused of providing alcohol to approximately 40 underage youths at his Sunny Ridget Road home, said. Police responded to the home on May 27 at about 12:49 a.m. to investigate a "disorderly youth" report. There, the teens were allegedly found consuming alcohol in and around the residence, which police said "recklessly created a condition that endangered the safety and health of the under age youths." Jeffrey Kravitz, who is accused of supplying the alcohol, was charged with second-degree criminal nuisance, a misdemeanor. He was taken to police headquarters for processing and released on his own recognizance.  The defendant was scheduled to appear in court on June 26.
