Muscoot Farm Farmers Market Set To Open For Season
The weekly farmers market supports farmers and sustainable efforts in the area, featuring more than 20 local vendors each week.
SOMERS, NY — Spring is definitely in the air, and Muscoot Farm is getting in the spirit with its annual Farmers Market opening for the season.
The market will be open from 9:30 a.m to 2:30 p.m. beginning Sunday, April 2 and running every Sunday through Nov. 19.
Organizers said the weekly farmers market supports farmers and sustainable efforts in the area, featuring more than 20 local vendors each week.

Vendors vary every week, and updates will be available on the Muscoot Farm website.
Westchester County Executive George Latimer said the Muscoot Farm farmers market is a local staple that county residents and visitors look forward to every season.

“It is a great place to become acquainted with various local vendors and help support small businesses,” he said.
Admission to the market is free.
Muscoot Farm is located at 51 Route 100 in the town of Somers.
