Pamper, Honor Mom in Yorktown with 'Mom’s Night Out' Event

In honor of the Mother’s Day this Sunday, the Jefferson Valley Mall will hold a "Mom’s Night Out" event Thursday night.

The evening will be filled with refreshments, entertainment, fashion and beauty services, fitness demonstrations and food samples all focused on rewarding moms.

"Moms are so incredibly deserving of a night off," said Lauren Penchina, director of marketing and business development at Jefferson Valley Mall. "It is our privilege to be the venue where they come to enjoy it."

Attendees can try complimentary food samples from Arturo’s Tavern; desserts from G&K Sweet Foods; chocolate from Xoçai; and more treats and sweets. Club Fit will also be on hand with information, and instructors from New York Sports Club will present a fitness demonstration. Fashion shows will spotlight spring looks from Sears and Call it Spring.

Additionally, moms can enjoy a free massage courtesy of Tao Way, receive a mini-makeover provided by Clinique beauty advisors from Macy’s and discuss beauty tips with a Sears makeup consultant.

The first 100 attendees to register at the event will receive a goody bag filled with makeup samples, special offers and even a free week’s guest pass to Club Fit. They also can enter to win jewelry from Jewelry Center, gift cards from FYE, Payless, wine glasses, gift baskets, and other prizes.
