Peekskill Man Exposes Himself In Mall Store's Dressing Room: Police
Police said the incident happened in an H&M dressing room in the Jefferson Valley Mall.
YORKTOWN, NY — A 58-year-old Peekskill man was accused of exposing himself in a department store’s dressing room.
The Yorktown Police Department said Raul Pani-Criollo, 58, of Peekskill, was charged Thursday with public lewdness, a misdemeanor.
Police said, shortly before 6:30 p.m. Thursday, a report was received about a man exposing himself in the dressing room of H&M clothing store in the Jefferson Valley Mall.

Officers responded to the store and met with the victim.
Police said the woman told them the man was in one of the store’s dressing rooms and he opened the room’s curtain and intentionally exposed himself while fully naked.

The victim said the man got dressed and left the store prior to police getting there, police said.
Officers were able to obtain a photo of the man.
He was located in the mall’s parking lot, police said, and Pani-Criollo was identified by the victim as the man in the dressing room.
He was arrested and taken to Yorktown Police Headquarters.
Pani-Criollo was issued an appearance ticket and released on his own recognizance.
He is due to appear in the Yorktown Justice Court May 25.
