Photos: Yorktown Community Day and ASK Taste of Yorktown

Hundreds of residents celebrated everything Yorktown has to offer during the 23rd annual Yorktown Community Day and 7th annual ASK Taste of Yorktown on Saturday. 

"It has been so exciting watching our community work together to make Yorktown such a wonderful place to live. Gathering to celebrate all that is special about our community is what the day is all about," read a brochure that was distributed to attendees.

Children enjoyed inflatable amusements, rides and face painting, while parents sampled food and got to learn about various organizations in town. 

Tasting judges for the annual Taste of Yorktown cook off were ABC meteorologist Lee Goldberg, Yorktown supervisor Michael Grace, Yorktown judge Sal Lagonia and Alliance for Safe Kids Art Lander.
