A 61-year-old Mohegan Lake resident is accused of being in possession of crack.  John Szigethy was arrested on Jan. 27 at 4:40 p.m. after being found in possession of a small quantity of crack cocaine on the 1200 block of Park street.   He was charged with seventh degree criminal possession of controlled substance and as held for arraignment in Peekskill City Court without bail.
