Yorktown police charged three teens from stealing items from Sears, police said.  The 14-year-old and 15-year-old Mahopac girls , as well as a 15-year-old Lake Peekskill girl were arrested last month after police said they had stolen assorted merchandise from Sears. They were charged with juvenile delinquency, the underlying charge being petty larceny, a misdemeanor, if charged as adults.  Police did not say what the value of the stolen items was.  The girls were released to their parents and scheduled to apear in the Westchester Department of Probation on April 10.
