Police: Yorktown, Peekskill Duo Charged with Stealing from Sears

A Peekskill man and Yorktown woman are facing criminal charges that they allegedly stole more than $600 worth of merchandise from Sears, Yorktown police said. 

Daryl Defreece, a 44-year-old Peekskill man, was charged with petty larceny and fifth-degree criminal possession of a stolen property, both misdemeanors. Jamie Thomas, a 31-year-old Yorktown woman, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor.
