Queens Woman Arrested For Trespassing At Trump Park Residences

The 48-year-old had previously been told several times that she was not allowed on the Shrub Oak property, according to Yorktown police.

SHRUB OAK, NY — The Yorktown Police Departments says that a Queens resident was arrested and charged with trespassing at the Trump Park Residences.

On Tuesday, around 10:30 a.m., officers responded to the parking lot of the Trump Park Residences after receiving a trespass complaint from the property manager.

After speaking with the manager and conducting an investigation, police said that 48-year-old Josephine Assunta Spano was trespassing on the property after previously being told that she was not allowed on the Shrub Oak property several times.

After arrest processing, Spano was released on her own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in the Yorktown Justice Court on April 15.
