Shrub Oak Man Kicks Vehicle, Causes $1,400 in Damages

A 49-year-old Shrub Oak man is facing a felony charge for kicking a vehicle and causing $1,400 in damages, Yorktown police said. 

Tony Palumbo was arrested on June 5 after a motorist on Route 6 reported that his Aston Martin vehicle's side was kicked and damaged, police said. 

Palumbo was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony. He was served with a temporary order of protection and released. The man is due in court on June 13.
