Somers Town Board To Meet In Work Session
The agenda includes a resolution to allow limited outdoor dining for existing establishments
SOMERS, NY — The town of Somers Town Board will hold a work session at 7 p.m. Thursday.
The agenda, which can be viewed here, includes a petition for a zoning amendment for Highview Court, discussions on the 2023 fireworks agreement and Shenorock speed limit and an update from Albany from Assemblyman Matthew Slater.
There will also be a request to authorize temporary limited outdoor dining for existing establishments through Dec. 31 and the awarding of a bid and authorizing a contract for the installation of exterior security for all town-owned buildings in the amount of $97,100 with Marshall Alarm Systems.

The Town Board will meet at the Somers Town House, 335 Route 202 in Somers.
