Yorktown Board Of Education Seeking Candidates To Run For Vacancy
The board decided not to fill the resignation of Anthony D'Alessandro by appointment since the annual budget and trustee vote is in May.

YORKTOWN, NY — The Yorktown Central School District Board of Education is seeking to fill a vacancy.
Trustee Anthony D’Alessandro resigned March 1, and because the vacancy happened so close to the upcoming annual budget and trustee vote on May 16, the board decided not to fill the position temporarily by appointment.
Anyone in the community who is interested in running for the trustee position should contact the district clerk by email.
