A 54-year-old Cortlandt Manor man is facing a criminal charge in Yorktown for stealing a bracelet from a store, police said.
Police said they received a report on June 13 from a Sears security personnel that the shoplifter had taken a bracelet, valued at $99.99, and left the store without paying for it.
The man was arrested and charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor.
He was released on $100 cash bail and scheduled to appear in Yorktown Town Court on July 2.
