Yorktown Employee Charges $3K Worth of Personal Items to Company Credit Card

A 51-year-old Peekskill woman is facing a felony charge after she purchased more than $3,000 worth of items for her personal use and charged her company's credit card for those products, Yorktown police said.

Marrian E. Fenton, an employee at Arain Pharmaceuticals located at 712 Kitchawan Road, used her company's credit card to buy clothing, household items and children's products, police said.

The woman was arrested on Aug. 27 after she voluntarily appeared at police headquarters.

She was charged with third-degree grand larceny, a felony.

Fenton was later released and scheduled to appear in Yorktown Town Court on Sept. 10.
