Yorktown Man, 27, Pleads Guilty to Selling Prescription Drugs in Upstate New York
Charles O'Garro faces up to 20 years in prison, a $1 million fine when he is sentenced.

A 27-year-old Yorktown Heights man pleaded guilty on Monday to unlawfully intending to sell prescription painkillers, The Buffalo News reported.
Charles O'Garro, who was arrested last December after trying to sell prescription medication in an Amherst parking lot, appeared before U.S. District Judge Richard J. Arcara Monday. Drug Enforcement Administration special agents told the paper they seized more than 350 OxyCodone, hydrocodone and Xanax tablets.
O'Garro faces up to 20 years in prison, a $1 million fine when he is sentenced. The man was working as a technician in a Mohegan Lake pharmacy at the time, according to the paper.
