Yorktown Man Charged with Drunk Driving in Somers

A 53-year-old Yorktown man is accused of driving while intoxicated, state police said.
Raul Ubeda was stopped by police on May 16 at about 2:41 a.m. in the town of Somers for an equipment violation. Subsequent to the Vehicle and Traffic Law stop, he was arrested for allegedly driving drunk.
Ubeda refused to submit to a chemical test, police said. He was scheduled to appear in the town of Somers Court on June 4.
