A 23-year-old Yorktown resident was issued criminal summons for throwing a female to the ground while in the parking lot of Finnegan’s Bar, police said.
Police said the incident occurred on June 9 and caused the woman abrasion on her left arm as well as a facial and thumb contusion. The man was charged with second-degree harassment, a violation.
He was scheduled to appear in Yorktown Town Court on June 25.
