Following a domestic dispute at a Baldwin Road home, a 46-year-old Yorktown man was arrested and scheduled appear in court to answer an assault charge, Yorktown police said.
The man was arrested on May 28 an charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor.
Police said he was waving a knife at the victim and caused a laceration to the victims’ hand, police said. Following his arrest, he was scheduled to appear in Yorktown Town Court on June 18.
