Several staff members received tenure this year and were honored by the school board members during Monday’s board of education meeting.
Here’s a list of the individuals who were given tenure:
Lisa O’Shea, who holds a permanent certificate as a School District Administrator, in the tenure area of Director of Pupil Personnel Services.
Natalie Lisi, who holds a professional certificate to teach Literacy birth to grade 6, in the special subject tenure area of Reading.
John Johnson, who holds a professional certificate to teach English Language Arts 7-12, in the tenure area of English.
Ana McMahon, who holds a permanent certificate to teach Reading K-12, in the special subject tenure area of Reading.
Shannon Mersand, who holds a professional certificate as a Library Media Specialist the support service tenure area of School Media Specialist (Library).
Amy Palmieri, who holds a permanent certificate to teach Reading K-12, in the special subject tenure area of Reading.
Maria Vaglica, who holds a professional certificate to teach Students with Disabilities (grades 1-6), in the special subject tenure area of Special Education.
Harikla Zois, who holds a permanent certificate as a School Psychologist, in the support service tenure area of School Psychologist.
Sean Carrig, who holds an initial certificate to teach Students with Disabilities – grades 7- 12 - Social Studies, in the special subject tenure area of Special Education.
Katherine Wordsman, who holds a permanent certificate as a School Social Worker, in the support service tenure area of School Social Worker.
