Jason Lowery, 33, of Yorktown, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, and intent to sell, on Oct. 6 at 8:20 p.m. He was arrested after being found in possession of several different types of narcotics including heroin, cocaine, and percocet. Lowery was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped for having a headlamp out on Homestead Avenue in Peekskill. Lowery was held for arraignment in Peekskill City Court without bail.
