Yorktown School District Honors Retiring Teachers and Staff

Yorktown Central School District teachers, administrators and staff members who are retiring this year were honored on Monday at Mildred E. Strang Middle School. 

They include: 

• Elaine Bertie, art teacher at Yorktown High School for 46 years 
• Sheila Burke, secretary at Brookside Elementary School, 19 years
• Pamela Everitt, teacher at Brookside, retiring after 24 years
• Randall Glading, assistant principal at Yorktown High School, 19 years
• Laurie Kalinoski, teacher at Mildred E. Strang Middle School, 32 years
• Kenneth Levy, principal at Crompond Intermediate School, 12 years
• Elizabeth Musso, certified teaching assistant at Yorktown High School, 13 years
• Johanna Racioppo, certified teaching assistant at Crompond, 12 years 
• Joanne Saldarelli, teacher at Mohansic Elementary School, 22 years
• Mary Walsh, certified teaching assistant at Crompond, 37 years.
