Yorktown Sets Free Summer Music Series
Shows will be held at the Jack DeVito Veterans Memorial Field on Sundays at 6 p.m. with one exception.
YORKTOWN, NY — It's summer and that means free summer concerts in Yorktown.
The Yorktown Lions Club and the Yorktown Parks and Recreation Department have come up with a series of six concerts, with music ranging from dance band to a Bruce Springsteen tribute.
Shows will be held at the Jack DeVito Veterans Memorial Field on Sundays at 6 p.m. The final concert on Aug. 28 will be 5 p.m.

If it's raining, the concert will be held at the Yorktown Stage Theater located next tot he Gazebo at the Albert A. Capellini Community and Cultural Center.

- Aug. 7: Danny V's 52nd Street — Tribute to Billy Joel
- Aug. 21: Tramps Like Us — Bruce Springsteen Tribute
- Aug. 28: Class Action — Military Appreciation Show featuring Allissa Martin
Lions will have drinks and snacks for sale.
Organizers said to bring family and friends with your lawn chairs and dance moves for fun under the stars.
