Kristen Anderson, a Yorktown High School senior and member of Girl Scout Troop 1491 in Yorktown, has earned her Girl Scout Gold Award.
Her project was called "Caring for the Caregivers at Rosary Hill Home." She wanted to show appreciation for those who dedicated their lives caring for patients who are terminally ill with cancer at the Rosary Hill Home.
She was recently recognized by Senator Greg Ball (R, C, I – Patterson). Read more about it here.
