A 28-year-old Yorktown Heights woman is facing a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated following a recent traffic stop on Route 35 in Somers, police say. Troopers arrested Kartina R. Stebbins, who was driving a 2005 Nissan Sentra, at about 3:40 a.m. May 5. They pulled her over for failing to signal. Stebbins' blood-alcohol level was 0.12 percent, according to officials.
