Generous Contributions Fuel 2025 Staff Appreciation Fund at Windsor Run
Residents thank dedicated employees by contributing $236,713.40.
Windsor Run, the Erickson Senior Living community in Matthews, NC, distributed more than $236,713.40 to eligible hourly team members through its 2025 Staff Appreciation Fund (SAF).
The SAF, made possible through contributions from generous residents, was distributed during a reception on December 2. The gifts express residents’ gratitude for the exceptional services team members provide throughout the year to support an engaging, worry-free lifestyle.
This year, Windsor Run residents contributed more to the Staff Appreciation Fund than ever before.
“The generosity of our residents truly embodies the spirit of the season,” says Human Resources Director Sonya Medley-Cunningham. “Their support of the Staff Appreciation Fund reflects the close-knit community we’ve built together.
