Should the Army Pull its Ads from Limbaugh's Show?
In the wake of the radio personality's inflammatory comments about a contraception advocate, the Army has joined more than 140 other advertisers in pulling their sponsorship.

The U.S. Army has joined more than 140 other companies in pulling its advertising from political commentator Rush Limbaugh's radio show, according to a Raw Story report.
Advertisers began deserting the radio show in droves after Limbaugh called birth control activist Sandra Fluke a . He later followed up by suggesting she should film herself having sex so others could watch the video online.
Limbaugh apologized after losing some sponsors for the show, but advertisers have continued to withdraw their support for the program. Besides the Army, other high-profile defectors include Sony, Geico, British Petroleum and McDonald's. Although the Army has dropped its sponsorship, Limbaugh's show continues to air on the Armed Forces Network.
