Pitt County launches 'Home for the HOWLidays' foster program for shelter pets this season (wcti12.com) β Pitt County Animal Services is inviting Greenville residents to give shelter pets a holiday break by fostering dogs and cats from its Greenville location through the βHome for the HOWLidaysβ program. All supplies are provided, and short-term fosters can pick up pets on December 18 or 22 and return or adopt them on January 2. Interested residents can learn more or sign up through the county website or by contacting the shelter.
