A longtime mail carrier shares tips on shipping early, tracking parcels, and using secure boxes, while Raleigh police use a playful social media campaign to remind neighbors to stay vigilant.
   

• UNC Health, Cigna Healthcare ink long-term agreement (abc11.com) — Raleigh-area UNC Health patients with Cigna insurance can breathe easier: the two organizations have signed a new long-term agreement that keeps UNC providers in-network statewide, retroactive to December 1. Anyone who paid out-of-network costs during the brief lapse may be eligible for refunds as claims are reprocessed, and UNC Health says patients should see no changes in access or costs.
