Cass County Government: Request For Proposal For Custodial Services

Cass County, North Dakota is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide custodial services in County owned buildings effective April 1, 2022. Cleaning responsibilities will include daily cleaning and janitorial services as well as specific deep-cleaning activities occurring on a pre-determined monthly, semi-annual, and annual schedule. Firms responding to the RFP must submit their proposals to Cass County at 211 9th Street South, Fargo, ND no later than 12:00 PM CDT on Wednesday, March 2, 2022. This Request for Proposals is available upon request by contacting the Cass County Administration Office at (701) 241-5609 or by emailing County Administrator Robert Wilson at WilsonRo@casscountynd.gov.
