Justin Leo Jans has been located in Fargo and he is safe. He has returned to the Dakota Boys Ranch.

The Fargo Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 14-year-old Justin Leo Jans, who ran away from the Dakota Boys Ranch and was last seen during the evening of Friday, February 18. Jans is 5’2” and weighs approximately 125 pounds. He has brown hair, hazel eyes and wears glasses. Jans was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, camouflage sweatpants and possibly has on a white puffy jacket.

Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is encouraged to call dispatch at 701.451.7660.
