The City of Fargo offices, Fargo Cass Public Health, MATBUS Administrative Offices and all Fargo Public Library branches will be closed on Monday, Feb. 21 in observance of the Presidents’ Day holiday. The COVID-19 testing site will be open regular hours, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

MATBUS will provide full service on all routes except 13U, 32E, 33, 34, and NDSU TapRide routes on Monday, Feb. 21. Regular business hours will resume on Tuesday, Feb. 22.
The regular City Commission meeting will be held at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 22.

Garbage and recycling collection schedules will not be affected by the holiday. Residents scheduled to have their garbage picked up are encouraged to place their bins on the boulevard by 8 a.m. to ensure prompt pick-up. The Fargo Landfill and Household Hazardous Waste Facility will be open on Monday, Feb. 21.
