- It will be a changing of the guards in a sense at the February 15th Avon Board of Education meeting when Christine Libeg will take over for Art Goforth and be appointed as a new member. Goforth reportedly resigned in December. According to Cleveland.com, "Board President Tara Tatman said Libeg will serve out the remainder of Goforth’s term, which expires December 31. Libeg plans to run for election to the seat in November." (cleveland.com)
