- The weather forecast for today predicts a warm weekend, with highs in the 50s for the Cincinnati area. Saturday night brings a chance of rain after 10:00 p.m., with rain showers to be expected on and off into Sunday afternoon. (WLWT Cincinnati)
- I Heart Mac & Cheese, a Florida-based comfort food chain, is opening its first Cincinnati location at the Linden Square development at 6211 Hamilton Ave. in College Hill. Their menu, consisting of grilled cheese sandwiches, macaroni, and cheese bowls, will allow diners to customize their options. Their goal is to open by the end of June. - A lawsuit filed on Jan. 10 accuses Christ Hospital of sharing patient information with third parties like Meta through code embedded in their website. The lawsuit alleges that Christ Hospital "secretly deployed" a Meta Pixel, a piece of JavaScript code, to collect patient information and share it with Meta and other third-party companies for targeted advertisements. The plaintiffs are requesting Christ Hospital face a jury
trial, punitive charges, and pay damages of over $25,000. The lawsuit was initially filed in Hamilton County but has since been elevated to a federal court. (WCPO 9 Cincinnati)
