Betty J. Beazley-Takacs

Age 73, of Marseilles, IL, passed away on Friday, April 20, 2018, at home. Betty was born and raised in Cincinnati, OH, and formerly of Newport, KY. Betty was a devout Christian woman, strong in her faith, and a fond supporter of Jimmy Swaggart.

Surviving are her four children, Darrin (Lisa) Beazley of Morris, IL, Martha (Eric) Hofmann of Morris, IL, Joseph (Nicole) Beazley of Grand Ridge, IL, and Steve (Jen) Takacs of Blackstone, IL; her 12 grandchildren; her two brothers, William (Geneva) Sizemore of FL and Mike (Clivia) Sizemore of FL; and her two sisters, Linda (Dick) Anders of TN and Dale (Gene) Presley of FL. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive.

She was preceded by her father, Algin Rogers; her mother, Frances (nee Neal) Rogers; her granddaughter, Hope Jean Takacs; and her nephew, William Sizemore.

Visitation for Betty J. Beazley-Takacs will be held on Wednesday, April 25, 2018, from 6:00-8:00 p.m., at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 1201 W. Route 6 at Deerpath Drive, Morris, with a funeral service at 7:00 p.m. Extended funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 28, 2018, at Floral Hills Funeral Home, Covington, KY, with final interment at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
