Accused Cop Killer Indicted
The woman accused of gunning down Cleveland police officer Shane Bartek, 25, on New Year's Eve as he headed to a Cleveland Cavaliers game was indicted Tuesday in connection with two more violent crimes — including a Christmas Day armed robbery.

Tamara McLoyd, 18, remains behind bars on a $5.5 million bail. She's accused of murder, armed robberies, arson for setting her aunt's car on fire, and armed home invasion in an assortment of crimes across the Cleveland area. Last month, prosecutors decided not to seek the death penalty for Bartek's killing. (cleveland.com)

Molly Shannon: 'I Love Cleveland'
Saturday Night Live comedian Molly Shannon, who grew up in Shaker Heights, has a new memoir, "Hello, Molly!" Her mom, a sister and cousin died in an accident in Cleveland when she was 4 years old.
“I really wrote from my heart. I wanted to be a girl and write a story about a girl, write a character about how I felt when I was little,” Shannon told ideastream public media in an interview with Carrie Wise. "I love Cleveland. 🏀 3 Things About The Cavs Loss
The Cleveland Cavaliers never had the lead in the entire NBA play-in showdown Tuesday night with the Brooklyn Nets, losing 115-108 in New York. The Nets put up 40 points in the first quarter to the Cavs' 20. Our Cavs get another shot and play Friday.
1. The Cavs picked up momentum in the second half after All-Star guard Darius Garland took a flagrant foul to his sensitive dangly parts. He finished with 34 points.
2. The Cavs outscored the Nets for three quarters — 23-17 in the second quarter; 30-28 in the third; and 35-30 in the fourth. They narrowed the Nets lead to six points a few times late in the game.
3. Kevin Love brought 14 points and 13 rebounds off the bench.
