Brunch With the Easter Bunny and Easter Catering at StoneWater

Come and See What's 'Hoppening'!

StoneWater is happy to announce that the Easter Bunny has made room in his busy schedule to come to join us for a special Easter Brunch on Saturday, April 19th. In addition to Brunch with the Bunny, StoneWater is offering an Easter themed catering menu for people to enjoy at home. StoneWater has somethingfor every-bunny this Easter.

“Easter is all about family, so we’ve made sure that our brunch and our catering can make it as easy as possible to spend quality time with loved ones,” says Executive Chef Kathryn Neidus.

The Brunch with the Easter Bunny runs from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, April 19 th and features several buffet stations.

The Adult Station includes Frittata with Potato, Spring Onion & Gruyere, Cinnamon Sugar Brioche French Toast, Bacon & Sausage, Potatoes O’Brien, Chopped Spring Salad, Lemon Cream Pasta with Spring Peas, Roasted Tomatoes & Grilled Asparagus, and Herb Roasted Leg of Lamb.

The Kids Station features Scrambled Eggs, Pancakes, Buttered Noodles, Chicken Fingers, and Bacon/Sausage.

The Carving Station includes Blood Orange Brown Sugar Glazed Ham served with Mustard, and Braised Beef Brisket served with Au Jus & Horseradish Cream Sauce.

The Pastries, Desserts & Beyond Station’s options include Seasonal Fruit Bowl, Assorted Bagels and Bread with Accoutrements, Chocolate Marshmallow Bunny Pops, Rhubarb Cake Bars, Mini Carrot Cake Loaves with Sugar Glaze, Strawberry Pop-Tart Blondies, Chocolate Lasagna, and Assorted Cookies.

Brunch with the Eater Bunny costs $40 per adult and $20 per child under 12 (+tax and 20% auto gratuity). Kids under 2 eat for free (beverage not included).

Reservations for Brunch with the Easter Bunny are required. Available reservation times run between 9:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. All seatings last 1 hour and 30 minutes. The Easter Bunny will be present throughout brunch and will be available for iPhone pictures. To make a reservation, call 440.461.4653 x232 or email wneidus@stonewatergolf.com.

The Easter Catering Menu includes several choices for starters and mains, and will be available for pickup on Saturday, April 16 (other days will try to be accommodated).

Appetizer options include Spinach and Artichoke Dip ($22, ¼ pan), Antipasto Bite Skewers ($20,dz), Everything Bagel Deviled Eggs ($20/dz), Prosciutto, Asparagus & Brie Puff Pastry Bundles ($19/dz), and Spring Salad ($7/pp). Sides ($6/pp) include Roasted Brussel Sprouts (add bacon $1), Roasted Curry Cauliflower with Almonds, Mint and Garlic Snap Peas, and Dill Honey Glazed Carrots.

Options for Mains include Baked Spiral Ham ($12.99/lb), Chicken Cordon Bleu ($10/pp), Crab Stuffed Salmon (6oz, piece, $12/pp), Beef Tenderloin ($35/pp), and Herb Roasted Rack of Lamb (8 Bones Per Rack, $35/pp).

The Kids Menu includes Buttermilk Pancakes ($4, two per order), Chicken Tenders ($6, three per order), and Mac N’ Cheese ($5/pp).

The Breakfast Specials include Breakfast Egg Sausage Casserole ($22/44) (Half Pan serves 5-8/Full Pan serves 12-16), Blueberry Baked French Toast Casserole ($20/$34)(Half Pan serves 5-8/Full Pan serves 12-16), Buttermilk Scones ($18/half dz), Rosemary Potato Hash ($6/pp).

Desserts (minimum 6pieces & 1 dz) include Oreo Bunny Truffles ($16/dz), Gooey Chocolate Chip Cookies ($17/dz), Marshmallow Bunny Pops ($13/dz), Buttermilk Pie ($18).
