Tremont Athletic Club (five starts)

2306 W 17th St

Jose P. gave the gym five stars, saying, "There is sooo much to rave about this gym!! Equipment wise they have it all and its state of the art....It's clean, there is NEVER a wait for any treadmills, ellipticals or cardio equipment. I have yet to meet the entire staff but everyone that I have come into contact with is completely approachable, extremely knowledgeable and genuinely desires to help you..... Well done TAC well done indeed!"

CTOWN Crossfit (five stars)

1678 Leonard St

MIchael H. gave this take on Yelp: "I have been working out at CTOWN CrossFit for about 8 months now. Joining CTOWN was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Before starting I was a little intimidated by the fact that I had little lifting experience. The coaches are extremely patient, and will take the time to make sure that you are performing the lifts correctly. Further, every member of the CTOWN community is willing to help. Since I started working out here, I have seen visible improvements along with a consistent improvement in my overall strength and endurance."

Functional Fitness (five stars)

3318 Warren Rd

Ray C. gave a glowing review: "After my first workout I was hooked!

"Functional Fitness workouts are better than anything I have experienced. I work as a hobby but when I go to the gym I can sometimes plateu to a point of boredom and exhaustion. At Functional Fitness I get pumped to see what the newest workout is Jermail and Justin have in store."

ReZults Downtown Fitness (four and a half stars)

1500 W 3rd St

Jordan C. praised the facility: "I've been a member at Rezults for more than a year, and it's a great place to workout, especially if you spend your 9-5 hours downtown. With an array of newer cardio equipment and a weight machine to satisfy your every desire, Rezults has the space and means to accommodate any workout. Classes are free with membership, which is a great perk and the instructors are reliable and fun. The monthly cost is a fair price and the gym and locker rooms are clean, which definitely round out my list of "must haves" in a gym."
