CLEVELAND, OH— Moms do so much for everyone around them. We try to celebrate them all year long, but Mother's Day is a perfect opportunity to shout it from the rooftops and post it on Patch: Mom rocks!

What makes your mom extra special?
Unfortunately, my mother passed away. Nanette is my aunt who has always been like a second mother to me! She’s ALWAYS been here for me, but since my mom passed away, she’s stepped up and done everything my mom did for me and then some. She stepped up and helps me take care of my daughter, which I appreciate more than she could ever know.
Why do you feel your mom deserves the spotlight?
She is always here for my daughter and me. She bends over backward for me and will even go without if I need something.
