Cleveland Browns Training Camp to Include Return to the Horseshoe in Columbus

A little over a month before the Ohio State Buckeyes host their home opener, the Cleveland Browns will have their second "Orange and Brown Scrimmage" at the iconic Horseshoe.

The scrimmage at Ohio Stadium is slated for Aug. 6 from 3-5:30 p.m., admission is free to the public.

Ohio State is excited about the Browns returning for a second year, last year's Orange and Brown Scrimmage brought 49,734 fans to The Horseshoe.

"We look forward to the Browns returning to Columbus for this year’s edition of the Orange & Brown Scrimmage,” Ohio State University Associate Vice President for Student Life Xen Riggs said in a press release. “Columbus continues to grow as a major sports town each year and it is exciting to host a professional football organization as they prepare for the upcoming season. It is an outstanding opportunity for both the city and its football fans.”

Free registration opens to season ticket members exclusively on June 21st and to all fans June 23rd. The Browns once again will bring Dawg Pound Drive to St. John Arena in Columbus, where the team will feature many engaging pregame opportunities for all fans to enjoy beginning at noon.

Fans can also register for up to three practices in Berea, along with a maximum of four guests, as space permits. More details can be found on the Cleveland Browns website.

Parties wishing to attend more than three practices or book for groups of six-or-more people are encouraged to contact the Browns ticket office directly (440-824-3434).
